What Math Should I take?
How do I use this page?
It is best to have your math placements on hand. Check your MySWC for an email from the Placement and Prerequisites Center, it will include two placements: One for Business, Science, Technology, Engineering Math (BSTEM) majors and another for Statistics and Liberal Arts Math (SLAM) majors. Additional definitions are available at the bottom of this page

After you click on the link next to your major, on the next page be sure to also click on your BSTEM or SLAM math placement according to your results, for example BSTEM-3 or SLAM-2. This will lead you to your placement level (the math you should start with).
